专利说明:
LIGHTING DEVICE PROVIDED TO BE RECORDED IN A WALL This invention relates to a lighting device comprising a hollow base element with an inner space, which is provided to be integrated in a wall such that the inner space is accessible, and a holder for at least one light source, which is at least partially located in the inner space, detachably with the basic element is connectable. This invention also relates to a lighting installation comprising such lighting device. With such lighting devices, the basic element is integrated into a wall such as, for example, a ceiling, floor, side wall, etc. The basic element is then, for example, fixedly connected in the wall with the aid of fixing means, such as screws, the wall being further finished after the fixing of the basic element so that the fasteners are no longer visible. The advantage of working with two releasable parts, namely the basic element and the holder, is that the appearance of the lighting device can be tightly designed, that a standard basic element can be provided and one can choose which holder is attached to the base. This way the view can easily be changed by changing the holder. The holder can also be replaced after breakage. An example of such a lighting device is shown in WO02056438 A1. The basic element is designed here as a box that can be integrated into a wall, so that its underside extends into the wall surface. The holder can here for instance be a ceiling lamp with light source. The disadvantage with these existing lighting devices is that the holder, when connected to the base element, is still rotatably arranged with respect to the base element. Since the holder comprises the light source, electrical supply to the holder must be provided. When electric cables are used for this, there is a danger that these cables will become entangled when the holder rotates with respect to the basic element. When the holder is connected to the base element, it can, for example, move because someone accidentally or purposefully makes contact with the holder. Contact with the holder occurs, for example, because one wants to replace a light source, because this holder is placed in such a way that it is easily touchable, etc. It is therefore an object of the invention to manufacture a lighting device consisting of a basic element and a holder, which are releasably connectable to each other, wherein the above-mentioned problem does not occur. This object is achieved by providing a lighting device with the features indicated in the first paragraph of this description, wherein the base element and the holder comprise a first and a second snap connection means, respectively, which can interact to detachably and rotate the holder and the base element with connecting each other. Here, the snap connection means not only ensure that the holder can be connected to the base, but they also ensure that the holder does not move relative to the base element during their mutual connection. The part of the holder which is then fixedly connected to this second snap connection means will therefore also not be able to move relative to the basic element during the said connection. Here, therefore, power supply to the holder can be provided with the aid of electrical cables, without the risk that these electrical cables will become entangled during the use of the lighting device. In a preferred embodiment, the holder can be accommodated in the inner space according to a plug-in direction, the one click connection means comprises a series of at least two first click connection elements, which according to the insertion direction are spaced apart, the other click connection means comprising at least a second click connection element which is provided with is to cooperate with a first snap connection element of your choice, so that the holder can be connected to the base element in at least two positions of use shifted relative to each other in the insertion direction. With the aid of one lighting device, at least two views can be created here by placing the holder in a different position of use with respect to the basic element and thus by accommodating the holder more or less in the basic element according to the insertion direction. The set can also include three or more first snap connection elements. The one connecting means may also comprise several such sets, for example two such sets, the other connecting means then comprising at least two second snap connection elements, each of which engages in a first snap connection element of a respective series. Said series, viewed in accordance with the said insertion direction, extends substantially straight. In order to change the position of use, it is then not necessary to rotate the holder relative to the said insertion direction in order to restore the connection to the basic element. Furthermore, the first click connection means preferably comprises the series of at least two first click connection elements. The basic element then comprises the series of click connection elements. The basic element is integrated into the wall and is therefore hardly visible during use of the lighting device. Therefore, there may be several click connection elements present. In certain embodiments, the holder may be visible in certain positions of use. It is then undesirable that one or more click connection elements of a said series are visible. The holder can preferably be received in the inner space according to an insertion direction, the cross-section of the inner space perpendicular to the said insertion direction being circular. This ensures a good aesthetic appearance of the lighting device. A said connecting means then ensures that the holder cannot rotate in the basic element around an axis that extends parallel to the said insertion direction. The corresponding cross-section of the holder therefore preferably corresponds substantially to the said cross-section of the inner space. In a preferred embodiment the first click connection means comprises at least a first click connection element and the second click connection means comprises at least one second click connection element which is provided to cooperate with the first click connection element and a said click connection element is arranged so as to be movable such that the connection between the holder and the base element realized by it is breakable, and the holder comprises a passage along which the respective snap connection element can be reached from the outside when the holder and the base element are connected to each other, so that the respective snap connection means can be accessed and moved via the passage by means of a tool. By moving the movable snap connection element, it is then easy to break the connection between the holder and the base element. This makes it easy to alternate between different usage positions, if multiple usage positions are possible. By inserting a tool, such as a screwdriver or a tool adapted for this purpose, one can make contact with the movable click connection element and move it as desired. The lighting device is preferably embodied such that, when the holder is connected to the base element, the movable snap connection element can only be reached via the passage so that the holder is not manually detachable from the base. This contributes to safety. A casual passer-by will not be able to release the holder and, for example, steal it. Connections that can only be released with tools are often more robust than connections that can be released manually. The chance that the holder will come loose from the basic element when this is not desired is small. Furthermore, the holder can preferably be received in the inner space according to a plug-in direction, and the passage extends substantially in the plug-in direction. When the holder is connected to the base element, the movable snap connection element is then easily accessible via the passage with the aid of a tool. In a preferred embodiment, the first click connection means comprises at least a first click connection element and the second click connection means comprises at least one second click connection element which is provided to cooperate with the first click connection element, wherein one click connection element comprises a projection displaceable against a spring force and the other click connection element a notch or groove in which the one snap connection element can engage. The engagement of a resilient element in a notch or groove is simple. With the help of a tool one can move the one snap connection element against the spring force. In a very preferred embodiment, the holder comprises a mounting portion and a light source holding portion, the mounting portion comprising the second snap connection means and wherein the light source holding portion is provided to support the light source and is adjustably connected to the mounting portion. The light-holding portion can be adjusted relative to the mounting portion that makes the connection to the base element. Thus, the light source portion can be made to shine in different directions. This way you can illuminate objects well. The electrical power supply is supplied to the holder, for example, by connecting electrical supply cables to cables connected to the mounting portion. Since the mounting portion comprises the second mounting means, it will not move relative to the base when the base and the holder are connected to each other. There is then no danger of the supply cables entangling when the light source portion is adjusted relative to the attachment portion. The light-holding portion can, for example, be hingedly connected to the mounting portion. However, it can also be rotatably connected to the mounting portion or a combination of the two. In an alternative embodiment, the holder comprises a mounting portion and a light source-containing portion, the mounting portion comprising the second snap connection means, the light-holding portion being provided to support the light source, and wherein the mounting portion and the light-holding portion are releasably connected to each other. The light source portion may or may not be adjustable relative to the mounting portion when they are connected to each other. Preferably, the holder is provided to extend substantially completely in the base in at least one position of use. When the base element is then provided to extend into the wall surface of the wall in which the base element is provided to be received, the holder can then also extend into this wall surface so that the lighting device has a clear view in the wall. The holder can also preferably be received in the inner space according to an insertion direction and the dimensions of the basic element, viewed in accordance with said insertion direction, substantially correspond to the corresponding dimension of the container. For example, the holder can be designed to extend substantially completely in the basic element in at least one position of use. The basic element must not be much larger than the holder for this. If the basic element is not too large, then no deep opening must be made to integrate the basic element into the wall. This invention also relates to a lighting installation comprising a lighting device integrated in a wall, said lighting installation comprising at least one lighting device as described above, wherein the holder is provided to extend in at least one position of use beyond the wall surface of the wall. When the holder extends beyond the wall surface, the holder becomes at least partially well visible, which may be desirable. In the other position of use, the holder can then, for example, extend into the wall surface. One can then, for example, opt to place the holder in the position of use, wherein the holder extends into the wall surface, if one wishes to have a clear view, and to bring the holder into the position of use, which extends beyond the wall surface for more to focus on the lighting device and / or to better illuminate a certain object. This invention will now be further elucidated with reference to the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of a lighting device according to the present invention. The purpose of this description is to give only illustrative examples and to indicate further advantages and details of this lighting device, and thus can in no way be interpreted as a limitation of the scope of the invention or of the patent rights claimed in the claims. In this detailed description, reference numerals refer to the accompanying drawings, in which - figure 1 shows the basic element of a lighting device according to a first embodiment of the invention, the basic element being incorporated into a wall; figure 2 represents the basic element according to a second embodiment of the invention, incorporated in a wall; figure 3 represents a lighting device according to the second embodiment of the invention, incorporated in a wall; figure 4 represents a lighting device according to the first embodiment of the invention, incorporated in a wall, wherein the holder and the basic element are not connected to each other; figure 5 represents the lighting device shown in figure 4, wherein the holder and the basic element are connected to each other. In the figures, two possible embodiments of lighting devices according to the invention are shown. Other embodiments are of course also possible. As visible in the figures, each lighting device consists of a hollow base element (1, 100) and a holder (2). This holder (2) carries a light source (11) which is detachably or not connected to the holder (2). The basic element (1, 100) of the lighting device is incorporated in a wall (9), such as, for example, a plasterboard wall. This is done, for example, by passing the base element (1, 100) through an opening of the wall (9) and behind the wall (9) and then screwing the base element (1, 100) to the wall (9), by at least two drill bits (10) into the wall (9) through the base element (1, 100). The basic element (1, 100) is adapted such that it will always extend into the wall surface of the wall (9). The basic element (1, 100) can be further adapted to be integratable in walls (9) with different thicknesses. Preferably, during flattening of the wall (9) with the aid of a flattening agent, the screws (10) are covered with flattening agent so that they are no longer visible. The said opening is then further finished so that only a minute part of the basic element (1, 100) remains visible. In the first embodiment, as shown in Figures 1, 4 and 5, the basic element (1) comprises one group of first click connection elements (3) which all co-act simultaneously with second click connection elements (4) of the holder (2) for a releasable connection between the holder (2) and the basic element (1). The first snap connection elements (3) are provided to hold the second snap connection elements (4) in a fixed position relative to the base element (1). The holder (2) therefore has one position of use here, viewed in accordance with the said insertion direction (A), with respect to the basic element (1). The snap connection elements (3, 4) therefore ensure that the holder (2), at the level of its connection with the base element (1), does not rotate relative to the base element (1). The cross-section of the inner space (12) of the base element (1), perpendicular to the said insertion direction (A), is circular and the corresponding cross-section of the holder (2) at the level of the second snap connection elements (4) corresponds to this . To supply the holder (2) with light source (11) with electricity, electrical supply cables are used, which are connected to cables of the holder (2). Due to the fixed position of the second snap connection elements (4), during the position of use, the electrical supply cables cannot rotate and entangle. The holder (2) is provided to extend beyond the said wall surface in the position of use. This is visible in Figure 5. In the second embodiment, as shown in figures 2 and 3, the basic element (100) consists of two parts, namely a first part (1), which corresponds to the basic element (1) in the first embodiment and shown in figure 1, and also a second part (14), namely a hollow sleeve which is inserted into the first part (1) according to the insertion direction (A) and clicked into the first part (1). The second part (14) for this purpose comprises two connecting elements (15) that can be clicked into the click connecting elements (3) of the first part (1). Furthermore, the first part (1) comprises grooves (7) which extend in the insertion direction (A) and the second part (14) comprises protrusions (8) corresponding to these grooves (7), whereby rotation of the second part (14) with respect to the first part (1) in their connected position, is prevented. These grooves (7) and protrusions (8) also ensure that the second part (14) is better guided during its application in the first part (1). The holder (2) can be received in an inner space (120) of the second part (14) according to an insertion direction (A) and the holder (2) is releasable and rotatably connectable to the base element (100). The second part (14) of the basic element (100) for this purpose comprises first snap connection elements (30a, 30b) and the holder (2) for this purpose comprises second snap connection elements (4) which cooperate with the first snap connection elements (30a, 30b). The base element (100) of the second embodiment as shown in Figs. 2 and 3 comprises two sets of a plurality of first snap connection elements (30a, 30b) corresponding to the two second snap connection elements (4) of the holder (2). With each series, the first snap connection elements (30a, 30b), viewed according to the said insertion direction (A), extend at a distance from each other and directly above each other, so that one can choose with which two first snap connection elements (30a, 30b), the second snap connection elements (4) connect. The holder (2) can hereby, viewed in accordance with the said insertion direction (A), occupy several positions of use with respect to the basic element (100). Since the first snap connection elements (30a, 30b) of each series extend straight above each other, one should not rotate the holder (2) if one wishes to connect the holder (2) to two other first snap connection elements (30a, 30b). Electric supply cables are used to supply the holder (2) with light source (11) with electricity. Due to the fixed position of the second snap connection elements (4), during the position of use, the electrical cables cannot rotate. In both embodiments, the second click connection elements (4) are spring elements and the first click connection elements (3, 30a, 30b) are notches or grooves in which the spring elements (4) can be clicked to connect the holder (2) to the base element (1, 100) . The spring elements (4) are arranged so as to be displaceable relative to the rest of the holder (2) so that said connection between the holder (2) and the base element (1, 100) can be broken by displacement of the spring elements (4). When the holder (2) is connected to the base element (1, 100), the connection is preferably only breakable with the aid of a tool such as a screwdriver or a tool adapted for this purpose. Figure 3 shows that the holder (2) comprises two passages (13) which can be reached from the outside and which extend in the direction of said insertion direction (A) and along which a said spring element (4) is accessible, so that the spring elements (4) are accessible and displaceable pass through these passages (13) via a tool. Furthermore, in both embodiments, the holders (2) are composed of two parts being a mounting portion (5), comprising the spring elements (4), and a light source-containing portion (6), provided to support the light source (11). The light source-containing part (6) is hingedly connected to the mounting part (5). As shown in Figure 3, the light source-holding portion (6) can be aligned by pivoting the light-source portion (6) relative to the mounting portion (5). The light source-containing portion (6) shown in Figure 5 can also be directed in this way. The mounting portion (5) comprises cables that can be connected to electrical supply cables in order to be able to supply power to the light source (11). Since the mounting portion (5) is always connected to the base element (1, 100) in a fixed position, there is no danger here that during the pivoting of the light-holding portion (6), the mounting portion (5) starts to rotate and the electrical supply cables get entangled. In the second embodiment as shown in figures 2 and 3, the holder (2) can assume different positions of use with respect to the basic element (100). This by choosing in which grooves (30a, 30b) the spring elements (4) are clicked. Thus, when the light source portion (6) extends in the insertion direction (A), the holder (2) can be fully inserted into the base element (100). The holder (2) then extends in the plane of the wall surface of the wall (9). This ensures a clear view. However, the holder (2) can also be in a position of use in which the light-source-holding part (6) extends beyond the said wall surface, so that the light-source-holding part is then adjustable with respect to the mounting part (5).
